Position Overview
Intact Technology is seeking a motivated, strategic, and tech-savvy Account Executive to drive growth across federal government and large enterprise clients.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with 3–5 years of experience in enterprise IT or consulting services who is passionate about helping organizations modernize through ServiceNow and AI-enabled solutions.

You’ll build trusted relationships with decision-makers, align Intact’s capabilities with customer mission needs, and play a key role in delivering digital transformation powered by automation, intelligence, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for ServiceNow and AI-enhanced workflow services across federal and enterprise accounts.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to negotiation and contract execution, while maintaining pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and execute account strategies and territory plans that align with Intact’s growth objectives.
  • Articulate how Intact’s AI-enabled ServiceNow services drive business outcomes such as cost reduction, process efficiency, and improved customer experience.
  • Partner with Capture, Solution, and Delivery teams to create compelling, customized value propositions and proposals.
  • Represent Intact at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to expand visibility and generate qualified opportunities.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders, executives, and program managers in target accounts.
  • Educate customers on the value of AI and automation in optimizing workflows, improving decision-making, and accelerating mission outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate digital transformation and modernize with ServiceNow and emerging technologies.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across AI, automation, and IT modernization portfolios.

Collaboration & Enablement
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and proposal teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to guide product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Growth and AI strategy teams to refine solution offerings and stay ahead of competitive trends.
  • Use CRM, data analytics, and AI-driven sales tools to target accounts, forecast deals, and enhance decision-making.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience selling IT professional services, digital transformation, or enterprise SaaS (preferably ServiceNow or similar platforms).
  • Proven success selling to federal government agencies or large enterprise clients.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and the role of AI in workflow automation, predictive analytics, and digital service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement cycles and contracting vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs).
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM and AI-enabled sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gong.

  • Passion for emerging technologies, especially AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation.
  • Experience selling managed services, consulting, or implementation solutions tied to ServiceNow and AI.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, driven to identify new opportunities and innovate sales approaches using data and automation.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
