Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implement core configuration user stories with some guidance.
  • User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules using advanced work assignment, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows.
  • Implement reports and dashboards.
  • Execute unit testing to ensure that implemented user stories meet acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct peer reviews of other developer’s user stories.
  • Provide technical documentation as required.
  • Ensure all ServiceNow certifications are kept current with new releases.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience with implementing major ServiceNow modules/applications.
  • Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including administration and configuration.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, actively participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Customer-focused with excellent time management, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Possession of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), and or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred.
  • Complete 1 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification within 6 months of hire
