Account Executive (Federal)
Reston, VA
Full Time
Mid Level
ABOUT US:
Intact Technology is a ServiceNow Elite Partner and federal services provider headquartered in the Washington, DC area. We were recently named ServiceNow’s Federal Partner of the Year (for the second time in three years) and the 2026 Worldwide AI Value Partner - recognition that reflects both our momentum and the outcomes we deliver for our customers.
We help federal agencies get measurable value from their ServiceNow investments, particularly as they face increasing pressure to deliver real AI outcomes. Our Pathfinder AI offerings - Reset, Activate, and Accelerate - are designed to do exactly that, with defined timelines and guaranteed results.
We are a small team doing enterprise-scale work - and we take both seriously. Our culture emphasizes ownership, autonomy, and accountability. We give our people the space to build, not just execute - to shape how we operate, not just follow a playbook.
At Intact, we believe our people are our greatest differentiator. We invest in their growth, support flexible ways of working, and create an environment where strong ideas, initiative, and results are recognized and rewarded.
THE ROLE:
You will own and grow a portfolio of federal accounts, driving new business and expanding existing relationships.
As an Account Executive at Intact, you are responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals and growing long-term customer partnerships. You will work closely with our presales and delivery teams to position Intact’s ServiceNow and AI offerings in a way that directly connects to mission outcomes.
This is not a transactional sales role. You are expected to operate as a trusted advisor, navigating complex federal environments and helping customers move from interest to action.
