Intact Technology is seeking an innovative Senior Marketing Communications Manager to lead strategic initiatives that shape and elevate our brand within the Federal IT sector. This role is pivotal in amplifying our visibility, enhancing industry engagement, and maintaining Intact’s strong position as a trusted partner in the evolving landscape of Federal IT consulting.

The ideal candidate will be a growth-oriented professional with a strong focus on team and individual development, dedicated to managing and evolving our brand identity, and facilitating clear and consistent corporate communication and customer engagement.  

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, this leader will be an instrumental member of the GTM organization, driving programs that support business growth and sustain our brand presence across the industry.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, including digital media, campaign leadership, public relations, and strategic planning, with a focus on Federal IT or technology industries. 

  • Expertise in managing brand evolution and gaining visibility in competitive markets. 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Canva, Salesforce, and other essential marketing and sales tools. 

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership, customers, and external audiences. 

  • Exceptional time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines. 

  • Experience in budget management and development of metric-driven strategies. 

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.  

  • Background in technology or product marketing, with experience in launch planning (Preferred). 

  • Hands-on experience in digital media strategy, including website management, social media strategy, analytics, and performance tracking (Preferred). 

  • -Skilled in sales enablement and content creation, crafting materials and tools that empower sales teams and drive revenue (Preferred). 

  • Federal Contracting Experience (Preferred): Background in federal contracting or government sectors is advantageous but not required. 

Professional portfolio and creative/writing samples required. 


Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Corporate Communications & Branding 
    Spearhead comprehensive communication strategies and branding initiatives that enforce Intact’s leadership in Federal IT. Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms to resonate with government audiences and partners. 

  • Industry Visibility & Campaign Management 
    Design and deliver high-impact campaigns that drive brand awareness and align with key Federal IT industry events and priorities. Collaborate with external organizations, thought leaders, and internal teams to maximize campaign reach. 

  • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement 
    Build strong relationships with senior leaders, government stakeholders, and strategic partners to ensure alignment and support for marketing objectives. 

  • Program Leadership 
    Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing programs, including digital campaigns, webinars, and events, to engage Federal IT audiences. 

  • Sales Enablement & Growth Support 
    Develop tools and resources that empower sales teams to deliver tailored messaging to Federal clients. Provide strategic insights to inform business development and client acquisition strategies. 

  • Digital Strategy & Data Analytics 
    Drive digital transformation within marketing through analytics, website management, and social media strategy. Monitor performance metrics to ensure data-driven decisions enhance campaign effectiveness. 

  • Brand Evolution & Market Differentiation 
    Shape a compelling narrative that differentiates Intact in the Federal IT market. Champion the evolution of our brand to reflect innovation and a client-centric approach.
